Retail brand development to me is the process of continually expanding one’s initial ideas with innovation, techniques and strategies to position it for continued success. For me knowing I can be part of your team and improve it to better serve your consumer is why I wrote this book. You see! I want your brand to be global, but we first must build or rebuild your identity and that’s why you are reading my intro and the purpose of this book.
The 5 areas of your brand identity are necessary and informative pieces of literature that are the collective building blocks for your brand’s beginning. It is based on many years of my retail experiences, learnings from 5 countries coupled with multiple strategies with proven results.
In the last 7 years I’ve been privileged to apply what I know to aide development to many brands. Whichever it is I’m confident that as I take you through each area with key notes on what you need to know and more importantly how to apply it the insight will be immediate and applicable.
